Remove counterfeits from Amazon

Amazon is where many buyers start, so it's where counterfeits do the most damage to your sales and reviews. We find fakes across the marketplace and get them taken down.

How counterfeits show up on Amazon

Hidden in shared listings

Many sellers can offer the same product on one listing. A counterfeit seller can attach to your genuine listing, and the buyer may never know which seller shipped the item.

Lookalike listings

Separate listings copy your product images and design but leave your brand out of the title, so keyword searches don't find them.

New accounts

When a seller is removed, the same products often come back under a new account. Repeat offenders show up in our reports so you can see the pattern.

Reporting on Amazon yourself

Amazon gives rights owners Brand Registry and its Report a Violation tool, plus a public form for those not enrolled. Brand Registry needs a registered or pending trademark. The tools are useful, but they still rely on you to find each infringing listing and file the report, platform by platform.

We handle it for you: we find the listings, verify every one and file the reports through Amazon's own rights-owner channel.

How we handle it

The same three checks we run on all 31 platforms we monitor. Nothing is reported until it has passed all three.

Step 1

Detect

Targeted multi-term queries, broad keyword sweeps and image search, so listings that never mention your brand are still found. Your authorized sellers go on an exclusion list before the first scan.

Step 2

Recognize

Our image recognition algorithm, Bullseye, compares every product image against your logos, designs and product images. It judges the images, not the title.

Step 3

Verify

Our review team manually checks every remaining link before it's reported. Uncertain items are held. No bulk or sampled approvals.

Common questions

Do I need Amazon Brand Registry to work with you?

No. Brand Registry helps, but it isn't required. We'll tell you what Amazon needs to act on your reports before we start.

Can you remove a counterfeit seller from my own listing?

We report infringing sellers and listings through Amazon's rights-owner channels. Every report is checked by our review team first, so your authorized sellers are never reported.
