When we last rebuilt this site in 2022, we said the service list would change as our tools did. It has, a lot. So we've rebuilt iparrow.com from the ground up to show what IP Arrow does today.
We protect any brand
Many people know us for anti-piracy work in TV, film and anime. Our tools work for any market or product: sports teams and leagues, apparel and fashion, consumer products, toys and collectibles, artists and designers, and licensed merchandise. If it has a logo, a design or content worth copying, we can protect it.
Every listing checked before it's reported
Our merchandise protection runs in three steps:
- Detect. We scan 31 marketplaces, print-on-demand sites and social platforms using advanced multi-term queries, broad keyword sweeps and image search. Exclusion words and approved-seller lists keep legitimate products out from the start.
- Recognize. Our image recognition algorithm, Bullseye, compares product images against your logos and designs, so listings with evasive titles still get caught.
- Verify. Our review team checks every remaining link by hand. If we aren't sure, we hold the listing instead of reporting it.
That last step protects your licensees and your standing with the platforms. We would rather hold a listing than report the wrong one.
What's new since 2022
- TikTok Shop, inside the app. Much of TikTok Shop's catalog lives in the mobile app, out of reach of web-based monitoring. We scan it.
- Account resale takedowns. We remove the Facebook posts and reseller accounts selling stolen, shared or illegal subscriptions.
- Leak early warning. A first-alert system watching Japan and US time zones and multiple file formats, so your team hears about a leak before the official release.
- Rapid response. When something lands in our client's inbox, they forward it to us and we handle it, usually in under two hours.
The numbers so far
Across our current programs we've removed 63M+ counterfeit merchandise listings, 2.4M+ Google search results, 1.8M+ YouTube uploads and channels, 8,600+ account resale posts and sellers, 1,700+ apps, and 813M+ Usenet posts.
Still the same team
Some things haven't changed. We've protected rights holders since 2002, we still grow mostly by word of mouth, and you still reach engineers, not a ticket queue.
Take a look around: merchandise protection, piracy enforcement and who we protect. And if something needs taking care of, tell us about it.
